The place provides decent prices. The hotel is modern and clean, nestled in a neat building with amazing view over the marina. The breakfast is great, and the location is brilliant near to the center, Chinatown, khoasan road, grand palace, golden Mountain and street food nearby. The standard king room is cheap and has climate control, a mini-bar and an electronic key card. It has both honest and pleasant staff. Nice service and the food is affordable.

The price.....
The breakfast is very basic. The bed is very hard. The men at the desk for side seeing trip asked me 2000 bath of a city tour. That was inclusive visiting 3 temples. Also to arranged transport (return) to Pattaya he asked me 4000 bath. So, be careful with this Hotel Also, 98% of the taxis do not know this Hotel/ Address.

Nice building with stylish room interior. They have weighing machine to measure the luggage.
Well the hotel don't have much tour guide information available,There is one old guy who is sitting on the tour guide desk.Didn't get any chance to arrange my trip accordingly and secondly the day trip cost is much high as compare to local tourism companies. Don't have washing shower in the toilet seat. Don't have free internet No breakfast included with the room Charge full money for the whole stay on arrival Tiping culture.

Nice and clean rooms. Good value for money if you get the room for 1000 baht.
Although the hotel is right at the corner of 2 main streets, the taxi drivers didn't know where to find it. Remote location, nothing opened or can be done around the hotel when getting dark.
